With over 30 years of experience across healthcare, education, and technology, I bridge design, leadership, and innovation to deliver measurable outcomes.
I currently lead UX strategy and product design at Cognizant TriZetto and teach as a UX/UI Course Facilitator at Cornell (eCornell) and as an Instructional Specialist at 2U edX.
