Since 1991 till the present time, she is gainfully employed at the Environmental Protection Agency, as an Environmental Chemist/Scientist. In 1996, she was afflicted with breast cancer where she and her husband Caloy both faced the insecurities of life. These events were the very reason that they saw a need to make a drastic change in their lifestyle, much more in their spiritual life. By God’s grace, they were invited to a Life in the Spirit Seminar and met Bro. Conrad Felix for the first time. Thereafter, they joined the Holy Family Prayer Group, got involved in the charismatic renewal and firmly committed themselves to serve God thru the community. Out of this overflowing passion of serving God, in one healing service, she received a message and was prompted by the Holy to visit the Basilica Shrine of the Lady of Fatima in Youngstown, NY, where she asked for a favor to have a child and continuous healing for her cancer. On March 11, 1998, she became a mother after 17 years of married life. Truly, she believes and claims .that this was the work of our God thru the intercession of the Lady of Fatima.
